Hey, I was wondering if any of T-Mobile tech support people in this community could answer this question:
Does T-Mobile have any plans to pick up the Nokia 6300 phone anytime soon, or ever? The phone has been released in Europe and Canada, but I haven't seen it here yet and I want it SO bad. It's such a sleek phone! The 5300 is alright, but it seems a cartoony to me, if that makes sense.

Anyone have this yet? If so I have a question... can you set your own MP3s as ringers on this one or are you stuck buying from TMobile?
And any other things you like or dislike about it would be great to know.

I [heart] T-Mobile :) I've been a customer since 2001 and I've had maybe *1* bad customer service experience, and barely any problems with signals or service. And I've always had good luck with the Nokia phones they offer. So, I've been interested in the new 6101 for a while now, and wanted to see if T-Moble would cut me a deal. They did, and I'll be getting my new phone next week. Yay! I'm so excited!
:) Just wanted to share!

As soon as my current contract is up, I plan on switching to T-Mobile. I was told that with the Sidekick you couldn't connect it to your computer to send info such as ringers, etc. Can you do that with any of TMobile's other phones? Particularly the RAZR, Samsung e635 or Samsung t809. Thanks in advance.

Alright, T-Mobile is acting all wonky on me. I started getting all these alerts for emails that are supposedly getting at my main email. Um... I set that up a loooong time ago and I'm just NOW getting alerts? So, I went to T-Mobile's website to check things out, and I started deleting all the emails that were in my message box. Then I deleted my email altogether to stop the alerts. Now, I wanna go into my service inbox on my phone and delete all thjose alerts, but t-zones seems to be down.
Anyone know what's going on?

Who else hates the new T-Mobile voicemail system? I think it's horrible. The woman's voice is annoying and she speaks too slowly.
grr! Current Mood: bored

Have t-mobile and downloaded ringtones. Got a new phone and called about a month ago saying I wanted a credit instead of them re-sent. I kept getting disconnected "due to a high call volume" and now that they're on the phone they're saying they won't credit me.
Is this true?

All circuits are busy
I've been with TMobile for 4 or 5 years (since back in the day when they were still VoiceStream--I am still using my original Nokia 3390!). Over the last few months I've been having a problem with my phone. I can make calls just fine, but people seem to be having problems calling me, specifically my boyfriend since he's one of the very few people who regularly call me. Often when he calls, he gets an "all circuits are busy" message. There are times when he has to call 5 or 6 times before he can get through to me. And then there are time when he just gives up and sends me an email because he just keeps getting the "all circuits are busy" message. He's encountered the problem calling from his Sprint PCS phone and from his landline phone (and even from a landline phone at the place where we volunteer). And it only seems to happen at night. Anybody have this problem or suggestions?

Hey there -
Right now I'm in the middle of switching cell phone service from US Cellular (which suuuuuucks), and I'm torn between Verizon and T-Mobile. I need something that has good service in NH, NYC, and OR, and Verizon only has two of those (its service in NH is horrible, but I don't spend the majority of my time there so it's not *too* big a deal). Also with T-Mobile, I pay the same amount of money per month but get 150 more anytime minutes and 350 more text messages. So I guess my two main questions are -
1. For anybody here who lives in NH, OR, or NYC, are you satisfied with your service?
2. The three free phones currently offered on the website are Nokia 6010, Samsung x475, and Samsung e315 - does anybody have one of these? How are they? I REALLY want a flippy phone, but I've heard that Samsung is nothing but crap. Any help would be appraciated!

I got a new phone about 2 months ago and, since then, it's stopped working. I can answer calls but I'm on a permanant mute.
If I take it to a t-mobile store will they replace it for me or will I have to spend another chunk of change to get a working phone?

Does anyones T-Zones actually work right?
I'm getting this error "Error: No PriceCode" when I try to download anything to my Motorola V600.
Granted, I just got the phone 3 days ago and T-Mobile says it'll take a couple days to get the new settings into effect and shit. But I'm not buying it. Also, my email doesn't work. It says my logon has failed or something. Boo. =/
I'll prolly be on the phone with them tomorrow night.
What's your experience with T-Zones? Can you download ringtones/wallpapers and have them sent to your phone via the T-Mobile website?
